Choice Maple is located in central Vermont with epic views of the Green Mountains, set on the most tranquil 150 acre setting in Hartford, Vermont. This land, we call The Farm has been in our family for five generations and once was a working dairy farm. Today, The Farm is where we produce our maple syrup and also where the prettiest of horses still roam. In the springtime we harvest sap from maple trees located in Hartford, Bethel, Strafford, Barnard and Rochester, Vermont.
