GOLDEN COLOR WITH DELICATE TASTE
Previously known as "fancy" this syrup is usually produced in the beginning of the maple season. Those that prefer a light maple flavor would enjoy this grade. Golden goes great with waffles or pancakes, blended with yogurts or poured over ice cream.
AMBER COLOR WITH RICH TASTE
Our most popular grade of syrup for everyday use is usually made mid-season. Previously known as Grade A Amber, this syrup can be used for almost anything from dressings and cocktails to pancakes. At Choice Maple, Amber is our suggested grade for those of you that want the syrup that does it all.
DARK COLOR WITH ROBUST TASTE
Formerly known as Grade B, this dark and strong maple-flavored grade is a late-season favorite. With a more hearty and strong flavor, many of our customers love to use this grade as a glaze for vegetables, to cook and bake with or paired with more smoky/spicy flavors. A recipe that has a little sweet with some heat is one of our favorite uses for this grade. Well-loved by generations of Vermonters for its "old-school" flavor!
